Steve Mariani joined CBRE in 2017 as a Vice President with New Jersey’s Investment Properties team. Steve provides advisory and transaction services for commercial property owners throughout the Tri-State region, with a focus on New Jersey. He has transaction experience with multiple asset types including industrial, office, retail, mixed-use, and single tenant net-leased properties. Steve’s goal is to approach every clients’ challenges with enthusiasm and diligence, building long-term relationships by connecting the right people, capital and opportunities.
Steve has been in the real estate industry since 2005. Prior to entering the investment sales practice with another national real estate brokerage, he operated Jersey Appraisal Group, a statewide real estate appraisal firm. He has held licenses as a certified real estate appraiser, title insurance producer and registered securities representative.
